Could someone give me a clue to start me off please? The short code is not working (but not being displayed on the page, so something is recognising it).
Many thanks to anyone who might point me in the right direction.

Hello Rod,
This is Abu from phpgrid.org. It's very difficult to guess the issue.
Few things to check:
1) Check apache error log for some php errors.
2) Check firefox > firebug, net tab for any 404 not found errors.
