Hi Abu
The PHPGrid is not showing up in some computers while it shows up in other computers. The computers have the same versions of all browsers(IE9, Firefox 21, Chrome 26).
I checked firefox-firebug-net tab and found that the status for 'GET inlinekeywords.js' is '304 Not Modified'.
Can you please suggest some solution.

Hello,
If it is working on some machines and not on others, this seems like a configuration difference in the machine and not your code. Please make sure some browser plugin, firewall OR antivirus is not blocking javascript. Try with disabling.
