Import in subgrid returns blank popup with jQuery not defined error

QuestionsImport in subgrid returns blank popup with jQuery not defined error
Steven Borruso asked 2 months ago

Just enabled Import capability for the first time to a working subgrid. When clicking the Import menu item it results in an empty Import popup with a Console error of –

daily_activities.php?subgrid=list1_4&rowid=4&first_name=Jody&last_name=Jones&rowid=4&subgrid=list1_4&grid_id=sub1&import=1&step=1:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
at daily_activities.php?subgrid=list1_4&rowid=4&first_name=Jody&last_name=Jones&rowid=4&subgrid=list1_4&grid_id=sub1&import=1&step=1:2
(anonymous) @ daily_activities.php?subgrid=list1_4&rowid=4&first_name=Jody&last_name=Jones&rowid=4&subgrid=list1_4&grid_id=sub1&import=1&step=1:2

I’ve never had to load any JS or CSS files in the subgrid php file prior to this and everything in the subgrid always worked. All JS/CSS files are loaded in the Master grid. If I enable Import in the Master grid the Import popup looks fine and no errors reported.

The only change I made to the subgrid and master grid was to add – “import”=>true, to the set_actions array.

Any help is appreciated

Hi,

I’ve regenerated this issue and it looks like import does not work when using with detail grid. It’s added in our list and will be fixed.
