How can i make a button in grid that when i click it will show o drop down menu?

I dont want dropdown menu in a column.I want a dropdown select menu next to reload button in the down bar where i can choose 1 of 3 values.what is the code?

Dropdown in navigation bar,seems out of my hand.wait for Abu Ghufran's reply on this.

Currently, only buttons can be added in toolbar. Dropdown is not allowed.
