Row Action Icons missing

I just updated my version of PHP Grid and I don't have icons for the row action functions (edit, save, etc.). I just have a square showing. What files need to be updated to fix this? I updated the files in inc and js and everything else seems to work.

Make sure you override all files in lib/js and lib/inc folder.
New version uses vector font for icons.

Also try after clearing browser cache.
Let me know if still not resolved and send me your active 'lib' folder.
