the application using 1.5.2 is still working.
however i would like to upgrade.
what is the version i should upgrade to and will it work using xampp server package(Apache 2.0 Handler, php 7.3.8, mysqlnd 5.0.12)

Latest version 2.6.3 (as on date) is tested on PHP 7.3.9 and Mysql 8.
